你和我们的关系

你以个人身份按条接受任务，不是我们的雇员，双方不构成劳动关系。你自行决定做或不做、做多少。

费用

我们不向你收取任何押金、报名费、培训费或保证金。任何以 omggrow 名义向你收费的人都与我们无关。

账号

• 你用于接单的社媒账号必须是你本人拥有并正常使用的账号。
• 绑定时需要把我们给的验证码放进该账号主页简介，供人工核对。核验通过后可以删除。
• 同一个社媒账号不能被两个人绑定。发现代刷、买号、批量注册的，我们会停用相关账号并停止结算未完成部分。

任务与内容

• 任务内容由客户提供。客户对推广主题、落地页、品牌信息以及举报类任务所依据的证据的合法性负责。
• 我们负责生成的评论文案不含违法违规内容。你可以修改文案，修改后由你对实际发出的内容负责。
• 你应遵守所在社媒平台的规则。因违反平台规则导致账号受限的后果由你承担，我们在系统里设置了频率上限、同帖去重与错峰来降低这一风险。

计费与结算

• 单价在你领取任务时确定并锁定，之后不会更改。
• 内容发出满 48 小时后复核仍公开可见的，计为完成并入账；48 小时内被删除或不可见的不计费，也不要求你补做。
• 任务报酬在复核通过时立即计入你的账户，状态为「冻结中」，金额即时可见。
• 解冻时点：该任务所属批次结算完成后，报酬转为可提现。大额订单会拆成多个批次，各批次分别核验、分别放行，你不必等整单做完。批次结算在客户确认无误、或该批次完成后 14 天自动核验、或订单到期 / 取消 / 退款结案时发生。
• 争议期间：客户就某订单提出工单的，该订单下尚未放行的批次保持冻结，不因 14 天到期而自动解冻；经界定争议范围后，不涉及的批次立即恢复正常核验，涉及的批次冻结至争议处理结束。
• 若我们在 30 天内未收到某批次的结算结果，该批次报酬将自动放行，以免长期冻结你的收入。
• 活动奖励的冻结期为 7 天，到期自动转为可提现，与订单结算无关。邀请返利每月 1 号按被邀请人上个月核验通过的任务报酬结算，到账即可提现。
• 可提现余额满 50 元可申请提现，目前只支持提现到支付宝（人民币）。提现前须填写真实姓名，收款支付宝须为本人实名账户、户名与填写的姓名一致；平台人工转账时核对支付宝显示的姓名，不一致的退回。新增或更换收款账户后 48 小时内不能提现。
• 经抽查确认凭证造假的，相应报酬回滚；累计 2 次后账号转入审核状态，暂停领取与提现，由人工处理。

接单限制与处罚

以下限制由系统自动执行，用于保护你的社媒账号与平台内容质量：

• 同时持有：新手 1 条；累计完成 10 条后 2 条；累计完成 100 条且驳回率低于 2% 后 3 条。
• 执行时限：领取后 10 分钟内有效，页面或机器人内有操作会自动续期，自领取起最长 30 分钟。超时任务收回队列并计一次弃单。
• 弃单：主动放弃与超时收回均计弃单。24 小时内累计 3 次，暂停领取 1 小时；此后每再发生一次，暂停时长翻倍，上限 24 小时。
• 频率：每个社媒账号每小时最多 12 条评论、每天最多 50 条；关注每天最多 20 次；发帖每天最多 3 条。其它类型另有上限，以领取时系统提示为准。
• 同一目标：同一社媒账号对同一帖子或同一被关注账号只接一次任务。
• 不可执行上报：如实上报不计弃单；经核实为不实上报的计入信誉记录。
• 更换绑定：每个平台的社媒账号 7 天内只能更换一次，更换后需重新核验。

以上数值可能随平台规则调整，调整后以本页与站内提示为准。

收入不作承诺

可接任务数量随客户订单波动。我们按条计价并公开单价，但不承诺任何数量的任务或任何水平的收入。

我们收集什么

• 身份：登录邮箱与账号标识，由统一登录服务保管。
• 执行相关：你绑定的社媒账号名、任务记录、你上传的截图与你填写的文案、账本与提现记录。
• 技术：访问日志、注册时的网络地址与浏览器标识，仅用于风控。
• 如果你连接了 Telegram，我们保存你的 Telegram 会话标识用于推送，随时可以在网站或发送解绑命令断开。

怎么用、存多久

这些信息只用于派单、核验、计费、结算与风控，不出售、不用于与此无关的用途。截图等证据在任务结束后保留 180 天，用于处理争议，到期自动删除。账本记录长期保留以备对账。

你的权利

你可以随时解绑 Telegram、更换收款账户、停止接单。需要导出或删除你的数据，通过站内联系我们，法律或对账要求必须保留的部分除外。

Our relationship

You accept tasks individually, task by task. You are not our employee and this is not an employment relationship. You decide whether to work and how much.

Fees

We never charge you a deposit, signup fee, training fee or bond. Anyone charging you in the name of omggrow is not us.

Accounts

• The social account you use must genuinely be yours and in normal use.
• Linking requires placing the code we give you in that account's bio so a human can verify it. You may remove it after approval.
• One social account cannot be linked by two people. Purchased accounts, bulk registrations and proxy farming lead to suspension and forfeiture of unsettled work.

Tasks and content

• Task content is supplied by customers, who are responsible for the legality of the subject, landing pages, brand claims and any evidence behind report tasks.
• We are responsible for the comment text we generate being free of unlawful content. If you edit it, you are responsible for what you actually publish.
• You must follow the rules of the platform you post on. Consequences of breaking those rules fall on you; we enforce rate limits, one task per post and automatic spacing to reduce that risk.

Pay and settlement

• The rate is fixed when you claim the task and does not change afterwards.
• Content still publicly visible 48 hours after posting counts as complete and is credited. Anything removed within 48 hours is not billed, and you are not asked to redo it.
• Task earnings are credited as soon as the task passes review, shown immediately with the status "on hold".
• Release: earnings become withdrawable once the batch they belong to settles. Large orders are split into batches that are checked and released independently, so you do not wait for the whole order. A batch settles when the customer confirms, when it auto verifies 14 days after that batch is finished, or when the order expires, is cancelled, or a refund case closes.
• During a dispute: if the customer raises a ticket on an order, its not yet released batches stay held and are not released by the 14 day timer. Once we scope the dispute, unaffected batches resume their normal check immediately; affected batches stay held until resolved.
• If we receive no settlement result for a batch within 30 days, that batch is released automatically so your income is not held indefinitely.
• Bonus amounts are held for 7 days and released automatically, independent of order settlement. Invite commission is settled on the 1st of each month from the invitee's task earnings verified in the previous month and can be withdrawn at once.
• Withdrawals start at ¥50 and currently go to Alipay (CNY) only. You must enter your real name and use your own Alipay account in that name; we check the name Alipay shows when we transfer, and return mismatches. A newly added or changed payout account cannot be used for 48 hours.
• If a spot check confirms falsified proof, the payment is reversed. After 2 such findings the account goes under review, with claiming and withdrawal paused pending manual handling.

Limits and penalties

The following are enforced automatically, to protect your social account and the quality of the work:

• Concurrent tasks: 1 for newcomers; 2 after 10 approved; 3 after 100 approved with a rejection rate under 2%.
• Time per task: 10 minutes from claim, extended automatically while you are working on it, up to 30 minutes in total. After that the task returns to the queue and counts as abandoned.
• Abandoning: giving up and timing out both count. 3 times within 24 hours pauses claiming for 1 hour; each further occurrence doubles the pause, up to 24 hours.
• Rate limits: per social account, at most 12 comments per hour and 50 per day; 20 follows per day; 3 posts per day. Other types have their own caps, shown when you claim.
• Same target: one task per social account per post or per followed account, ever.
• Reporting a problem: honest reports do not count as abandonment; reports found to be false are recorded against your standing.
• Changing a linked account: once every 7 days per platform, and it must be verified again.

These values may change as platform rules change; this page and in product notices govern.

No income promise

Task volume follows customer orders. We publish fixed rates but promise neither a quantity of tasks nor any level of income.

What we collect

• Identity: your login email and account identifier, held by our single sign on service.
• Work: the social handles you link, task history, screenshots and text you submit, ledger and payout records.
• Technical: access logs, plus the network address and browser signature at signup, used only for fraud prevention.
• If you connect Telegram we store your chat identifier for notifications. You can disconnect any time on the site or by sending the unlink command.

How it is used and for how long

Only for assigning tasks, verification, billing, payout and fraud prevention. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated purposes. Screenshots and other proof are kept for 180 days after a task ends to handle disputes, then deleted automatically. Ledger records are kept long term for reconciliation.

Your choices

You can unlink Telegram, change your payout account or stop taking tasks at any time. To export or delete your data, contact us through the site, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
